The new drop from the incredible Gold Coast MC by the name of SYNTAX. Contains original production from the one and only producer extraordinaire M-Phazes, Mules one half of the awesome Gold Coast group Choose Mics and also from Syd City is SDub with his soulful sounds. Featuring Tactic One of the Gold Coast's own Trace Elements & A-Diction of MEL.

This is not your regular 'mixtape', these are straight up blends, every track with the exception of the original productions have been switched up for other beats. The way it works is SYNTAX will record to a vast selection of beats and then provide me with all the references and acapella tracks. This allows for complete custom control over the sound of the mixtape, splitting up verses, creating custom choruses and also developing intricate beat sequencing usually not practically possible with regular recordings.

My first mixtape I finished that is completely mixed and blended throughout. Contains mostly commercial hip-hop/rnb from around 2004, featuring Terror Squad, J-Kwon, Kanye West, Fabolous, Xzibit, T.I., Ludacris, LL Cool J, Clipse, Guerilla Black, Sean Paul, Joe Budden, Twista, Petey Pablo, Pitbull, Trick Daddy, Joe, Chingy, Cam'ron and many others.

Some sections make me laugh now that I listen to it knowing a lot more about song structure and sequencing but still worth a listen if you don't usualy pick up things like that.

The runtime is 60mins with a bonus track.

Bonus Track is Scribe - Not Many (Xplane Blend Remix)
